Price on Request The size of Makie Kobako: 3 3/4" Long x 3" Wide x 3" High. This is Amazingly Fine Japanese 19 th Century Japanese Antiques Makie Kobako(small box). The Kobako has Roiro(black) background Makie with Hira Makie gold design of Japanese trees as well as Japanese Kamon(family crest). One tree looks like Magnolia tree with flowers. It is finely done. The size of Kamakura-bori Deep Kashi Bowl: 10 3/4"Dia x 1 3/4" High. About 5/8" Thickness. This is prettiest of Kamakura-bori Kashi Bowl ever seen. The bowl is from Showa 13 th, 1938, 76 years old. It is dated on the back as 1938, April 18th. It has beautiful carved design of Ebisu and Daikoku design with Hoju (treasures). Two are from Shichifukujin (seven lucky Gods.). The both Ebisu and Daikoku faces are finely and deeply carved into the wooden body...

This is very fine Fancy Japanese Roiro, Black Lacquer Pair of Geta for Lady. It is custom made and never been used. It came with original carton. It is 43 years old from 1979. It never been used. It is made by Kiri wood (Paulownia wood). It has Geta Kraft man name "E-TSU" marked on Geta teeth. Top of Geta has Ichimatsu pattern design. Geta face has two designs, one with plain and other with lined finish... The size of Kogai: 6 3/4" Long x 9/16" Wide x 3/8" Thick. Beautiful Japanese Bekko(turtoise shell) Kogai, Hair Pin. It has both end carved with the design of Manryo(Ardisia crenata Sims), Japanese plant with red berry which is symbol of wealth. Ten thousand Ryo(10,000 Gold Edo Coin). The both end has carved open holes. Kogai is consisted with three layers to build the this thickness and carved out beautifully all sides...
The size of Kogai with Metal end: 5 7/16" Long, The size of Lacquer Kogai: 5 1/4" L x 5/8" W. Metal ends Kogai, Hair pin made by buffalo bone I think. It is removable as photo showing. Each end has Kinbari(gld filled) finish. It has "Kinbari" marking on each end as last photo showing. Kinbari(gold filled) is heavier than Kin-mekki(gold plated). Price on Request The size of Kogo: 2 3/4" Dia x 1 5/16" High. This is beautiful Japanese Roiro, Black Makie Kogo (incense box). It has four makie leaves design with silver, gold, red, and dark green color with gold works. Inside Kogo with silver finish. The condition of Kogo excellent, no chip, no crack and no hairline. It does not come with Tomobako, match box by artist, but we will supply wooden box. Dating from after war 1950-1960's.
