RETURN POLICY: If you have received an item having sustained damaged in transit, please notify us immediately. We will assist in letting you know how should it be handled and supporting reasonable claim action required by the seller. We check our items very carefully before listing for sale and we will mention if there are flaws, chips, cracks or hairlines. If the item you received is not as described and as you thought in the online catalog, please let us know right away. We will be happy to accept returns and refund payments less shipping related fees and any processing fees. Returned merchandise must be in the same good condition as we shipped and in the same boxes, packaging and materials.
