This is very unique Pen and Ink Drawing with washed Ink mixed works.
It is drawing of Turtle creek area in Dallas, Texas when it was more
naturally friendly environmental situation than today. Artist has captured many
elements of detail on old tree bark, branches, grass growing and water surface as
well as bank's character in his own interpretation. Please note, mat is cut
by home made. Signed Eiichi is Edward’s given name when he was born in Kanji.
Adding a note, he visited several times to this location before completing
the drawing. He hopes whoever obtaining this unique drawing, enjoy the drawing.

Eiichi Edward Kawanabe (1947 - )
He was born in Kyoto, Japan in 1947 which was the ancient capital city and center of arts and culture in Japan over 1300 years before moved toTokyo. He came to USA after graduated Ritsumeikan University in Kyoto with the bachelor of Law degree. He has a total experience of 30 years in the Fine Art and Antiques business as well as Exporting. During his earlier time Edward have studied at El Centro Junior College Art Department between 1978 thru 1985 for Drawing, Design, Painting, Ceramics, Sculpture as well as Photography before he became Art dealer of Fine Art Paintings, Prints, Japanese Art Painting, Japanese Porcelain, Ceramics, as well as Lacquer items. His passion toward Fine Art and Japanese Art as well as other art forms are never ending. Sanai Fine Art is starting to introduce his works in Drawing, Painting as well as Black and White photograph.
