The vase has beautiful Jun Ware replica finish with Jun glazing on stoneware body.
It came with Firwood Tomobako. The cover has Japanese writing,

The material of vase is crackle glazed eathenware. It is more Satsuma type body but not small crackle as Satsuma. Nice Gold design with the panoramaic landscape painting over the two section of vase. The vase itself is in square shape, but the two handles are located on the corner on each end which make more unique. Well design with the gold works with beaded and moriage gold.
