This is beautiful Japanese Chokudai Maccha Bowl "Oka" made in 1979 It has design of To(Tang) Sai. Go (5) sai painting of Flower and Bird. It has the embossed seal of Artist on the side of Kodai (foot rim). The condition of Maccha Bowl is excellent. The tea bowl never used since 1979 because of Tea Bowl was given as Wedding gift that year... The size Chashaku: 7 1/8” L x 3/8 “ Widest.
The size Bamboo Case: 8 1/2” Long. Size of Kiriwood case: 9 3/8” L. This is beautiful fine Japanese Vintage Bamboo Chashaku( Tea Scoop) with the finish of Susu-take. Susu-take is bamboo piece been smoked and aged used from old Japanese Kayabuki house ceiling by soot and natural aged over 100 years old. Chashaku has nice contour shape. It came with Bamboo case as well as Kiri (paulownia) wood case... The size Shelf: 2 1/4” L x 1 1/8” W x 1 13/16” H

This Hira Mizusashi Bowl is made by Inoue Goutaro (1918 - ? ). Mizusahi Bowl is water bowl used for Tea Ceremony, but bowl make beautiful Ikabana (flower arrangement) Bowl. It is very handsome bowl. Meiji Period, 1868-1912. The condition of basket Excellent. No Flaws. There is carved inscrption marking on the bottom of basket as, "Uguisu-do Sei" (Uguisudo made).
The size of Tea Cup: 3 1/8" Dia x 2 1/4" High. The pair of Japanese Hakeme Tea Cups by 1st Kuze Kyuho (1874-1947). It is finely made with brownish earthen clay. It has finish of Hakeme, white brush stroke work glazing. The Tea cup is made finely finish. Each cup bear the Kyuho's round chop seal on the wide of Kodai (foot rim). Each cup has Japanese Kanji writing of "Konnichi An" which is name of Urasenke's Tea Room which was built by Sen Sotan (1578-1658)...
