The size of Bon Tray: 15 3/4" L x 14 1/8" W x 1 9/16" H. Beautiful Japanese Shudo(red copper) Sencha Tray. Tray is made with Shudo(red copper). It is used for Sencha. It has the color of reddish brown color. It has also Kin-Bokashi(gold shading off) finish on the tray. The tray was made from one sheet of Shudo with skillful master workmenship. The condition of Bon tray excellent. It came with Kiri wood(paulownia) tomobako. The outside said, Japanese "Shudo Tsui Oki"(red copper hammered finish) "Yo Bon"(leaf tray). Inside has Japanese writing looks like, "Yaki Bi-iri So Yo" (firing finish created leaf). It has signed of Uka and artist seal. Dating from later Showa, after the war, circa 1950-1960.
