Nice Japanese Nodate Tea Ceremony Set

The size of Box: 8 1/2" Long x 5 3/4" Wide x 5 3/8" High
Tea Bowl: 4 5/8" Dia x 2 5/8" High
Chasen(tea whisk): 4 1/4" High
Chasen Tate(tea whisk holder): 4 3/8" High x 1 5/8" Dia
Natsume: 2 1/2" Dia x 1 3/4" High
Chaire: 3" High x 2" Dia
Chakintou(chakin holder): 2 1/4" High x 1 3/8" High
Chashaku: 7 3/8" Long.
Very nice Japanese Nogdate Set. Nodate is outdoor tea ceremony or open air tea ceremony. It came with, Kikiwood(paulownia wood) coated with black lacquer and red lacuqer on corners. The bowl with nice quality Kyo Yaki Satsuma type thinly made by Artist Toraku with hand painted fan, flowers with gold decoration. Two lacquer pieces, one with Natsume and Chasen Holder with deep purple lacquer on wooden boy. Chasen(tea whisk) made with bamboo, from Nara Takayama. Nice wokmenship Blue and white Chaire and Chakintou(cloth holder). Finally, bamboo made Chashaku(spoon). The condition of all of item excellent. It looks like only used few times.
