The size of Bowl: 7" L x 6" W x 1 1/2". Very eccentric Japanese Antique Kutani Diamond shape Porcelain Bowl. The bowl is made with quality porcelain and glazing. It has a wonderful design of Ho-O bird in the center done by deep green, lavender and red. There is unusual ban design done in blue and red. Outer area with two dreat looking red dragon with fire and ball. The rim area with kaminari mon(thunder pattern). It has sometsuke karakusa design on the back. It is signed by Kaku Fuku in green enamel and black. We guarantee it is Kutani piece. The condition of bowl is excellent, no chip, no crack and no hairline. Bowl sit well. Dating from Edo Kouki.1840-1850. |
