| The size of Plate: 5" Dia x 1 3/4" High. Very handsome and attractive Japanese Hirado Porcelain Shallow Bowl. The bowl is made by fine quality porcelain as well as fine glazing. It has Goben Bana(five flower petal) design in the center. There is gold and red ring design between center and rim area. Border area with Hana Karakusa in blue underglaze with gold accented leaf veins. The top rim area has slightly curved edge. Backside with blue underglazing design. It is marked with "Sa". Hirado Kiln's first Kanji letter. The condition of plate is excellent, no chip, no crack and no hairline. There is one Hittsuki at backside of bowl as last photo showing. The bowl sit well.
