The size of Dish: 5 7/8" Dia x 1" High. Very pretty Japanese Ko Imari Porcelain Dish. The dish has very fine polychrome enamel works of flowers(chrysanthemum and peony) and fence design with fine gold lines works. Outside has double karakusa design. It is marked Tai Min Seika Nensei. The condition of dish excellent, no chip, no crack except noting there is one old repaired spot(5mm) at the edge, which last two photo showing. Otherwise fine shape. Dating from mid 19c to end of Edo. |
