This is work by listed Artist, Robert Scott. It is French Parisian Town scenery with Tour De France progressing in the year of 1920 or so from Automobile model. It is very lovely work and colors is very fresh. I bought this framed work in 1989 kept in room and never hang on the wall. That is why the color are very brilliant. The art work is Original work with mixed media of black lines serigraph work plus hand painting. Canvas is coated as well. The signature of artist name, Robert Scott is original signature. There are many work in the market by his work. There is also famous naïve French artist NIchel Delacroix and also Japanese artist Hiro Yamagata. This is one of best work by Robert Scott.
