The Size of Tea Pot: 6 1/2" Long x 5 1/2" Wide x 5 1/4" High. This very unusual Japanese Porcelain Tea Pot in Sometsuke (Blue and White). It is all handpainted design of Botan (peony) with Chrysanthemum flowers as well as some relief works on flowrs. The condition of Tea Pot excellent. Please note the handle area with little tiny glaze bubbles bursted. Other than this the condition of Tea Pot excellent. There is Kamadashi ato ( kiln spots) on the bottom edge as photos showing. The age of Tea Pot from Taisho to early Show, 1915-1925. Region of produced this Tea Pot from Kyushu area where Imari are made. It appear never been used.Item was $195.00.
