Lovely Japanese Makie Kobako, Small Box w/Lacquer Works

The size of Box 5 3/8" L x 4 5/8"W x 1 9/16" High. This is attractive Japanese Makie Kobako(small box) made with wooden body. It has tray came with box. Kobako has the lacquer works like Zeshin’s. The design of lotus flower and leaves done in gold lacquer and Raden(shell) work. I believe the material of Kobako is Oak tree(Kashi). The condition of Kobako and tray excellent. Little age wear but no damage. No warping at all. The dating of Kobako and Tray from Taisho to early Showa. 1915-1930's. Please note it does not have artist name, however, it feel like the student of Zeshin done.
