It is signed by Jennings The subject is English country house in the beautiful landscape with flowers and greens surrounded in the impressionist painting. The brush works of flower and tree are very good as you can see from the close up photos. The painting is about 60-80 years old. The condition of painting is very good except noting that some dust or tiny lint caught on the surface of oil before drying which is somewhat typical for this old painting.
