Amazing Porcelain Vase by Seifu Yohei III

The size of Vase: 11 1/4" High, 3 1/4" Dia top, 4 1/4" Dia bottom, 6" Dia widest part of vase body. 12 1/4" High with Shitan base. This is most beautiful Seifu Yohei III vase we handled so far beside the one you have Pheonix bird design by Seifu III several years ago. The vase was made with high quality porcelain body with most amazing works of Kanpaku-Yu by Seifu Yohei III. Kanpaku-Yu(glazing) is most stand out work of Seifu Yohei III as you know and showing at Ashmolean Museum. The vase has design of Kiku(Japanese chrysanthemum) in front and back. You can choose which side is which side is back. One side has larger Kiku flowers and other side with more brach with straight up. There is pale pink background behind those beautiful Kanpaku-Yu design. The vase came with hight quality Shitan wooden base as well as double storeing wooden box. Inside Tomobako made with Kiri wood. Outside wooden box by other material. Inside Tomobako cover said in Japanese," Kanpaku-Yu Kiku Zu"(kanpaku glazing kiku design). "Kabin" with square Seifu seal. Inside cover has Japanese, "Seifu Sei Kore"(this made by Seifu) and seal of another red chop seal in the shape of koro, this seal number 479 is from Captain Brinkley's Seifu Yohe III seal record as I attached the scanned copy in last photos. The wooden base has different compartment inside bottom of Kiriwood Tomobako. No wrapping cloth with seal but there is old yellow cloth came with the vase. No Japanese writing on outer wooden box. There is carved signature, "Seifu" of Seifu Yohei III on the bottom of vase. It is no doubt the vase was made by Seifu Yohei III. Far superior work thank Seifu IV as he was master of this kind work. The condition of vase is excellent, no chip, no crack and no hairline, as well as none wear or scratch. There is one tiny needle pin point at one side as photo No. 6 group photo #1 page showing. I should say the vase is mint and perfect condition. I believe this would be among the top of your Seifu Yohei III collection you have so far. Please note some of my photos might be more pinker because of showing the contrast but they are indeed with pale pink background around the white Kiku designs.
